At L’Orientale Fragrances, we are committed to delivering a seamless and refined experience from the moment you place your order. Every item is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped with precision to ensure that your fragrance journey begins beautifully.

Our products are shipped worldwide, and we continuously work to expand our delivery regions. If we do not yet ship to your country, we encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter for future updates.

ORDER STATUS

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will immediately receive:

• An order confirmation email
• Your order number
• A summary of your purchase

After our logistics team prepares your parcel and hands it over to our international shipping partners, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number.

You can track your order at any time using the courier’s tracking portal.

Important notes:

• Order status may take up to 48 hours to update after order placement
• During weekends and public holidays, updates may take up to 72 hours
• Delays may occur during national holidays, seasonal peaks, and customs inspections

Some shipments may require personal identification (ID/passport number) for customs clearance, depending on your country. Failure to provide this information may delay or return the shipment. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched. Actual delivery timing may vary depending on your region, local customs regulations, and courier processing.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping fees vary based on destination, weight, and courier rates. The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Customs duties, import taxes, and government fees are not charged by L’Orientale Fragrances and must be paid directly by the customer to their local customs authority
• If customs fees are refused, the order will be returned, and no refund will be issued

DELIVERY ZONES

L’Orientale Fragrances ships to a wide selection of countries. If your country does not appear at checkout, it may currently be outside our shipping network.

COUNTRY-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Some countries have special regulations regarding fragrance imports. Please read the notes below carefully:

Italy

Italian customs may require:

• Proof of personal use
• Completion of declaration forms
• Verification with local customs authorities

Failure to submit required documentation may cause delays or the return of the shipment. Returned items due to incomplete documents are not eligible for a refund.

Countries with Restrictions

Due to international regulations governing the transport of flammable goods, some countries do not accept fragrance shipments. If your country is restricted, the system will prevent checkout.

CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTIES

L’Orientale Fragrances does not charge customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
These charges are imposed by your country’s customs authority and must be paid by the customer directly.

If you choose not to pay customs charges:

• The courier will return your parcel
• Your order will not be refunded
