Our Return Policy
Return Window
We accept return or exchange requests within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Any request submitted after 14 days will not be eligible.
Condition of Items
Only products that meet the following criteria may be returned:
- Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Packaging must not be tampered with, unsealed, sprayed, or damaged
- All accessories, samples, and promotional items received with the order must also be returned
Please note:
If returning a full order, any included samples or complimentary items must be returned. Missing samples may result in a deduction from the refund amount.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Sale items
- Personalized, engraved, or special-order items
- Items purchased outside the com
- Items damaged due to improper customer handling
Damaged or Defective Goods
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will ask for photos and details to assess the issue. Based on our evaluation and stock availability, we will provide:
- A replacement, or
- A refund
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method and account used to place the order.
Shipping fees, customs duties, and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Responsibility for Returns
Returned packages in transit remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
L’Orientale Fragrances is not liable for returned parcels that are lost, stolen, or mishandled before arrival.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
We do not charge customs duties, import taxes, or government fees at checkout.
Any such charges are imposed by your country’s customs authorities and must be paid directly by you.
If you refuse to pay customs fees:
- Your shipment may be returned to us
- No refund will be provided
How to Make Your Return
Please ensure you have read the Return Policy above before submitting your request.
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email us at info@lorientalefragrances.com with the following:
- Full name
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Reason for return
Once our team confirms that the product is unopened and unused, we will provide the next steps.
Step 2 — Prepare Your Package
Repack the item securely in its:
- Original packaging
- Outer delivery box
- Protective materials to prevent damage
Step 3 — Send the Return
Ship the parcel using the return instructions provided by our team.
Please include:
- A copy of the shipping invoice
- The complete set of items received (including samples if applicable)
Step 4 — Refund Processing
Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes Quality Control inspection:
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 4–8 business days for the refund to appear in your account
