• L’Orientale Fragrances gift cards or e-gift vouchers

If your payment card is denominated in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply:

If your payment is declined or not authorised, we may cancel your order and are not responsible for any resulting delay or non-delivery.

6. Gift Cards & E-Gift Vouchers

• L’Orientale Fragrances gift cards and e-gift vouchers can be used in accordance with the terms provided at purchase.
• They are typically non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by law.
• Where a purchase exceeds the available balance, the remainder must be paid using another accepted payment method.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds under our Returns & Refunds Policy will be:

• Processed back to the original payment method where possible, or
• Issued as store credit or replacement in limited cases (for example, where the payment method no longer supports refunds).

Please allow 7–14 working days for the refund to be processed by your bank or payment provider, after we confirm it.
